The city of Mesa is considering development plans for new apartments in the Eastmark area.
PCS Development and Route2 Builders are proposing a 320-unit multifamily project called 2.0 at Eastmark.
The $75 million project is on the western border of the Eastmark community. The development sits on 14 acres at Ellsworth and Ray Roads in the East Valley.
The property is currently vacant. The Mesa Planning and Commission will consider the developers’ site plans on Wednesday. The project, if approved, would then go to the Mesa City Council for final approval.
