Arizona ghost town on market

An entire ghost town in Arizona can be yours for $1.25 million. Cleator, Arizona was established in 1864, but was originally called Turkey Creek before James Cleator bought it in 1925.

The town is located an 90 minutes away from Phoenix, just off Interstate 17, on the way to Crown King. The town includes a small bar called “The Cleator Yacht Club” and a general store.
