Chandler Chamber of Commerce will hold a virtual job fair on Wednesday where job seekers and employers can meet online.
The Chandler Chamber’s Meet Your Match will be held 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The job fair is being held in partnership with the Chandler Gilbert Community College.
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted plenty of jobs and businesses especially in sectors such as tourism, retail, and restaurants.
The virtual job fair allows employers and job applicants to speak directly via a virtual job booth and chat application. A webpage for the employers with information about their company and job openings is available to applicants 24/7.
“We are in touch with our members daily and have personally experienced the business community’s need for helping employers meet and hire quality, skilled workers,” said Terri Kimble, President and CEO of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce. “This is a great way for job seekers to connect with companies that could offer them a chance to thrive and grow.”
