Landsea Homes announced today that it has begun construction on 75 single-family homes at Riata at Alamar in Avondale, Arizona.
“We’re excited to begin work on Riata at Alamar. It is such a coveted piece of land in one of the fastest growing cities in the West Valley and we look forward to providing best-in-class, high-performance homes and unique amenities for new residents,” said Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing, Landsea Homes.
Riata at Alamar is a collection of one- and two-story homes with designs ranging from 1,800 square feet to 2,800 square feet that feature four distinct architectural styles of homes, including Craftsman/Bungalow, Spanish Colonial, Territorial Ranch and Traditional Southwest. Sales are expected to begin in September and the community Grand Opening is currently scheduled for October 10.
