New QT planned in East Valley

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

A new QuikTrip convenience store and service station is slated for Ray and Ellsworth roads in Mesa.

The 1.97 property is vacant and part of the Cadence development in the East Valley. QuikTrip is asking the city of Mesa for a special use permit and site plan approvals.

Plans call for a 4,993-square-foot QT convenience store and 7,345-square-foot fueling area with canopy.

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Commission will look at the plans at its Wednesday meeting. If approved, the project would then head to the Mesa City Council.
