Updated plans filed for development near Scottsdale Airport

Updated plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for development of a corporate offices, hangar facilities, and event space next to the Scottsdale Airport.

The development plans also include warehouse space for a vodka distributorship.

Tenacious Adventures LLC has filed updated site plans and designs for its building at 15904 North 81st Street near Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and Greenway-Hayden Loop. The property totals 1.3 acres.

Tenacious filed initial plans with the city of Scottsdale last August. The company updated those plans with a new filing this month. Design plans call for an 18,778-square-foot, two-story building with offices, warehouse space, and an airplane hangar.

The space will also be able to host events, according to documents filed with the city.
