Cachet Homes looks to turn equestrian center into new homes

New and updated plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for an infill residential subdivision on the site of an equestrian center.

Cachet Homes wants to build 7 new homes on the 8.63-acre Emerald Hills Ranch property at the southwest corner of Gold Dust Avenue and
124th Street in Scottsdale.

The preliminary plat plans and amended development standards for Emerald Hills have been filed with the city of Scottsdale.

Lots will range between 34,735 square feet and 34,970 square feet.

The Scottsdale Development Review Board is scheduled to look at the plans in October.
