(Disclosure: Rose Law Group represents Bridgestone/Firestone.)
By Thomas Galvin | Rose Law Group Reporter
Last night, Rose Law Group attorney Thomas Galvin represented Bridgestone/Firestone, before the Casa Grande Planning & Zoning Commission, in a successful approval for a Conditional Use Permit at a prime location next to a Circle K on Florence Boulevard.
It was a hard fought case, as it met stiff opposition from a neighboring property, but Tom and the RLG team worked with the client to address the concerns and objections raised by the neighbor.
The proposed building’s sleek design, landscape plan, and various traffic access points convinced the P&Z Commission that Bridgestone/Firestone address the neighbors’ concerns in good faith, and complied with all zoning ordinances in accordance with staff’s recommended approval.
This is not only another great result for an RLG client but a fantastic win for Casa Grande.
