Gilbert Planning Commission members liked the proposed design for a new building in Agritopia’s Epicenter, calling it “exceptional.”
Gilbert Planning Commission liked what it saw with a high-end neighborhood market planned at the northwest corner of Higley and Ray roads.
Staff at a recent study session asked for feedback on the proposed look for Air Guitar, a 5,300-square-foot building next door to the Epicenter at Agritopia. The Planning Commission also acts as the Design Review Board.
