The Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Tempe Downtown opened its doors on August 13 just as Arizona State University students and their families make their way to Tempe for move-in, prior to the new school year.
The eight-story, LEED certified, dual-branded hotel, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of E. Veterans Way and E. 6th St. in Tempe, within the Novus Innovation Corridor, provides needed capacity for the growing number of visitors to Tempe, which reached 4 million in 2018, according to a report from the Tempe Tourism Office.
