More Goodyear: Use permit, rezoning, preliminary plats on agenda

The Goodyear City Council is scheduled to consider requests for several proposed projects when it meets in regular virtual session at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24.

SunWest Federal Credit Union is seeking to build a 4,495-square-foot one-story building with drive-through on 1.21 acres in the Pebble Creed Marketplace Planned Area Development on the southwest corner of PebbleCreek Parkway and McDowell Road.
