Updated plans filed in Scottsdale for Celebrity Equine Center

Updated plans have been filed with the city of Scottsdale for a proposed 5-acre equestrian center.

The Celebrity Equine Center is slated for a vacant parcel on 120th Street south of Mountain View Road.

The Flynn family owns the property at 9588 N. 120th Street in Scottsdale.

The city of Scottsdale is being asked to approve a conditional use permit for a ranch with a single-family residential zoning designation.

Original plans were filed with the city in May. An update to the request was filed earlier this month.
