Arizona ranks 10th lowest among U.S. states for vaccination rates and 5th lowest for vaccination rates among children and teens.
That is according to data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, U.S. Census Bureau and other agencies compiled by WalletHub.
Arizona ranks 42nd overall for vaccination rates including 47th and 34th for rates among adults and older residents.
The numbers come as the race continues to develop and deploy a COVID-19 vaccine though a number of Americans say they are not interested in taking a coronavirus vaccine.
Massachusetts and Vermont have the highest vaccination rates in the U.S. while Mississippi and Georgia have the lowest, according to the new report.
