Glendale approves development plans

At a three-hour meeting Aug. 11, Glendale City Council approved 33 agenda items—though some were debated.

City council approved an ordinance to rezone the southeast corner of 83rd and Glendale avenues into a Planned Area Development (PAD) called G83 Plaza.

The land is east of U.S. 101 near the Westgate Entertainment District.
