Goodyear looks at SF rental zoning

Goodyear City Council will look at a new zoning designation for single-family rental home developments.

The council will look at plans to create a new category called MF-12 as a multifamily residential zoning district designation.

The item is on the Goodyear council’s  agenda for its Monday meeting.

The West Valley has seen a number new for-rent single-family home subdivisions built and even more are being planned or considered across the Phoenix metropolitan area.
