Sonoran Creek Marketplace taking shape

Announced tenants for Sonoran Creek Marketplace.

More tenants are being announced for the future Sonoran Creek Marketplace. Some already have locations in Maricopa.

Besides the previously announced Sprouts Farmers Market and Brake Masters, developer Thompson Thrift’s latest map shows Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches sharing a detached building with Filiberto’s Mexican Food. Also lined up are The Joint Chiropractic, State Farm Insurance and Wynn Nails & Hair. According to the City of Maricopa, Discount Tire will also be in the mix.

Sonoran Creek Marketplace is on the southwest corner of John Wayne Parkway and Edison Road, behind Culver’s restaurant. It is anticipated to create 282 jobs.
