CG P&Z to discuss housing projects

CASA GRANDE — The Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday evening to discuss several housing-related projects along with a presentation of the 2030 General Plan.

According to the agenda, the commission will consider approving a request from Rox Homes for a preliminary replat to create three separate parcels from Lot 4 of the CG Houck Plat at McMurray Boulevard and Schultz Street. If approved, the next step would be final plat consideration by City Council.

There will also be a public hearing and considerations of requests by TEJ Logistics for property located on Grant Avenue.
