Kaplan Management Company has submitted updated plans for a proposed apartment complex near Shea Boulevard and 94th Street in Scottsdale.
The plans call for 220 apartment units including 8 studios, 149 one-bedrooms and 63 two-bedrooms.
The project at 9375 Shea Boulevard had previously proposed as many as 331 units.
The project is proposed on 13 acres as part of the McCormick Ranch Center development.
The city of Scottsdale is being asked to rezone the property from its current commercial designation to allow for the apartments.
