Maricopa County providing isolation for residents who contract coronavirus

Maricopa County has hotel space available for people who don’t have a place to isolate after being diagnosed with coronavirus.

“It’s a great asset that we have and another way to help families get through a tough time if they’re dealing with the disease,” Maricopa Country communications director Fields Moseley said.

Moseley said the hotel has 130 rooms. People who request to quarantine in the hotel will get their own room and bathroom at no cost. They’ll also be provided food so they don’t have to leave the site.
