Storage developer updates plans for Scottsdale project

Updated plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for a proposed storage facility at Princess Drive and Pima Road.

Texas-based Platinum Construction has submitted site plans and other plans for the project. The property totals 1.76 acres and the planned storage facility would be 16,075 square feet. Plans call for the storage project to be two stories with two basement levels.

Storage projects continue to be developed or in the works in a number of Phoenix area submarkets.
