Yates joined Mullin 360 in late September 2020 as the Executive Vice President of the firm’s development interests. He is responsible for all corporate development operations and commercial real estate development support. “Mullin 360 develops with purpose by positively impacting communities and making long term contributions through innovative and strategic commercial real estate development” Yates stated. “Re development projects including Auto Park development and retail and industrial tenant co-ownership programs capitalize on my strengths as developer and municipal leadership”
Mr. Yates, who recently served as Chief Operations Officer for the RVMH industry leader, Roberts Resorts, will serve as the President of American Resort Communities, Mullin 360’s subsidiary Luxury master planned RV Resort community developer which supports the regions’ vacation and tourism industries. American Resort Communities first 53-acre project, “Neon Ranch” is scheduled to break ground July 2021. “Seeing the innovative direction American Resort Communities is pioneering, it is a natural fit with my recent leadership in the RVMH space”, says Yates. “The industry is ripe for true master planned RV / Park Model developments. ARC is at the forefront of illustrating what that looks like” ARC planes on 1,500 sites in Arizona over three master-planned projects for 2021/2022.
With over 20 years of real estate experience, Yates understands the intricacies of organization operations and managing the development process with state and local authorities. His dedication and loyalty with each development stakeholder enables him to achieve project goals for the entire community as well as the organization. Cecil’s development and municipal experience will make him an invaluable addition to the Mullin360 executive team. Yates has an MBA in Strategic Management, BBA in Marketing & Management and is Six Sigma & Project Management certified. Cecil served 5 years on the planning and zoning commission and twice elected to town council for the Town of Fountain Hills where he obtained vast experience in economic and community development. He sits on the ADRE’s test development committee as a Subject Matter Expert and has had his Arizona Real Estate license since 2008. His involvement within both the public and private sector of real estate, has made him an award-winning developer.
