Arizona start-up HealthyVerify continues expansion across country in response to pandemic

(Disclosure: Rose Law Group represents HealthyVerify Certification.)

(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) Scottsdale-based HealthyVerify, the only independent medically based, scientific, and professional certification company in the country helping reduce the risk of COVID-19 by going above and beyond CDC and other guidelines and recommendations for curbing the spread of COVID-19, continues expanding outside Arizona certifying additional schools and theaters.

HealthyVerify has partnered with Arizona State University to reduce the workplace risk of spreading infectious diseases. The procedures are developed specifically for each business with direction from Barrow Neurological Institute’s infectious disease team and launched earlier this year in response to businesses embattled by the pandemic.

Manoa Valley Theater in Honolulu, Hawaii is the latest business to navigate the coronavirus and find ways to better reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19 in their business.

“As we started planning a future reopening in the new normal, we knew we would have to put into place new procedures. We searched for reopening plans from different theatre venues from across the country. HealthyVerify reviewed our procedures and pointed out the deficiencies for our correction, helping us to provide the safest venue possible,” said Kip Wilborn, executive director of the 150-seat Manoa Valley Theatre.

Also in Hawaii HealthyVerified has certified the Hawaii Community Foundation and KCAA Kuapa Preschool in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Since its inception in the spring, HealthyVerify has helped hundreds of workplaces, businesses, performing arts venues, and sports teams abide by COVID-related mandates and make sense out of CDC and other guidelines to create an acitionale plan.

Among the list of impressive businesses that have been HealthyVerified:

·      Goodwill

·      Offerpad

·      MLB Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds Spring Training Facility

·      Phoenix Rising FC

·      Live Nation/Gila River Indian Community

·      Mountainside Fitness

·      Macayo’s

·      O.H.S.O. Brewery

·      Litchfield, Fowler, Phoenix Elem., Phoenix Union, Avondale, Tolleson, Isaac School Districts

·      Rawhide

·      Haydon Construction

“We are excited about the rapid state and national expansion of HealthyVerify Certification and see it as a good sign that businesses and organizations across the country are getting serious about making sure they are taking the right steps to reduce the risk of the spread of disease for their employees, customers, patients, students, and communities,” said Nick Labadie, Chief Operating Officer for HealthyVerify.

HealthyVerify Certification (HVC) has also helped fitness centers, school districts, professional sports teams, local governments and restaurants with their efforts to curb COVID-19. HVC works with infectious disease experts from the Barrow Neurological Institute and researchers at Arizona State University.

In addition to helping countless businesses establish protocols to comply with rules and mandates for re-opening, HealthyVerify has been a valuable resource for schools and events.  In Arizona, HealthyVerify has certified several school districts already and it’s currently in the process of certifying Phoenix Elementary School District.

The company also just certified a Holiday Variety Concert for the City of Goodyear, which will be the first indoor-seated event (December 12th and 13th) the City has hosted since the beginning of the pandemic.

HealthyVerify provides three core services:

·     Developing health safety standards and programs customized to your business, organization or venue

·     Expert assistance with implementing those new standards including training employees and managers

·     Certification that the new cleanliness and sanitary programs and protocols have been implemented. Inspections will also be conducted to ensure the certification protocols continue to be maintained.
