PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF PHOENIX

An Arizona State Land Department auction to sell 1,128 acres of land in north Phoenix has been postponed until December.

Ltd.’s $12 billion plant, multiple sources with knowledge of the deal confirmed in October to the Phoenix Business Journal. The land, which is currently owned by the state, had been set for a Nov. 2 auction, but is now scheduled to be auctioned on Dec. 9 for a minimum of $89 million.
