The growth of the North Valley will soon be fostered with the development of a small gated residential community called Estates at Carefree.
On November 10, the Town Council of Carefree voted unanimously to approve the preliminary plat to subdivide approximately 8 acres for the housing development. There were no public comments made during this meeting concerning the matter.
“The point of the preliminary plat is to really flesh out any obstacles, any constructability issues that may arise before the town council would approve a final plat,” Planning Director Stacey Bridge-Denzak said during the meeting.
