Developer revises senior project plans in Scottsdale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Revised plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for a proposed 55 and over community and senior health care development at 90th Street and San Victor.

Development plans call for a 102-bed, 152,300-square-foot building on the 2.5-acre site.

The property is currently a mostly vacant commercial building that will be demolished.

Denver-based 55 Resort Management Corp. first submitted plans for the redevelopment in May. The group filed updated plans with Scottsdale on Nov. 16.
