Land Advisors Organization’s Metropolitan Phoenix office announced the sale of 164 lots within the Dobbins Village subdivision located at the southeast corner of 43rd Avenue and Dobbins Road in Phoenix, Arizona. The property was acquired by Lennar for $6,609,200 and closes out the second and final phase of this community.
The Dobbins Village property is adjacent to Aquila Golf Course, an 18-hole Championship Course and is nestled near the base of South Mountain, encompassing more than 16,000 acres, South Mountain Park and Preserve is one of the largest municipal parks in the nation, holding over 51 miles of trails suitable for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. It also provides easy access to Downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor International Airport, Arizona State University, and the Southeast Valley.
