Mayor Kate Gallego talks Phoenix growth, COVID after securing reelection

Containing the coronavirus and building on the city of Phoenix’s growth are key issues for Mayor Kate Gallego, who easily won reelection Tuesday night.

Gallego, a Democrat, was first elected mayor less than two years ago after she won the seat in a runoff election to fill the vacancy left by now Congressman Greg Stanton.
