Cullum Homes showcased its newest luxury single-family home offering in north Scottsdale at Seven Desert Mountain during a special Nov. 6 event.
The home builder, owned and operated by Paradise Valley residents Rod and Kim Cullum, unveiled its new model home, which includes a car bar in the basement.
The groundbreaking took place in May 2019 for the Cullum Homes model, which is made up of 9,600-square-feet, featuring the “19th Hole” basement entertainment zone complete with an indoor golf simulator, a glass-enclosed collector car showroom, theater, wet bar, casita, three car garage and a “car elevator” to the collector showroom.
The home’s second story captures dramatic views of Seven Desert Mountain.
