Peoria approves Prescott at Park West

Peoria City Council approved Prescott at Park West, 8128 N. 99th Ave., a project across the street from Park West that is intended to complement the shopping center with similar design and architecture.

The rezone of about 5.4 acres from Intermediate Commercial to Planned Area Development will allow a for a 95-unit luxury town home community east of the retail center along 99th Avenue.

Officials say the rental community will be known as The Prescott at Park West because it will both support and be supported by Park West’s retail, entertainment and dining.
