After Cindy McCain made headlines by backing Joe Biden in his bid for the White House, newspapers in the UK are reporting the president-elect will offer her an ambassador post.

The Times and other papers, including The Independent, cited anonymous sources Saturday, reporting that McCain would be named ambassador to the UK under the Biden administration.

A McCain family representative declined to comment on the reports.
