Students lend their minds to the future of Peoria

In a city like Peoria that is constantly growing, if you aren’t always planning, you may be busy dying.

Enter Keith Morphis, a graduate student at Arizona State University, and many others like him working to make Peoria a little more sustainable.

Mr. Morphis is working with the city’s planning team to improve connectivity within the P83 Entertainment District with the goals of identifying ideas or programs to encourage better land uses for the district, as well as improve its economic, social and cultural value to residents.
