The Outpost submits updated plans

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Updated plans have been submitted with the city of Scottsdale for The Outpost — a sustainable, desert-oriented retail and restaurant project in North Scottsdale.

Plans for The Outpost include a general store concept, restaurants and shops. The project is on 8.61 acres near Pima Road and Dynamite Boulevard in North Scottsdale’s scenic corridor.

Design plans have been submitted by Swaback Partners. The land is owned by Phoenix-based Frontera Development. They are seeking site plan and landscape plan approvals from the city of Scottsdale.
