Casa Grande to consider marijuana restrictions

CASA GRANDE — The City Council on Monday will consider regulating marijuana in connection with a voter-approved state law legalizing recreational use.

According to the agenda, the ordinance includes prohibiting stand-alone retail marijuana and testing establishments within the city.

The proposed ordinance would also restrict delivery within the city and adopt related regulations concerning the use of marijuana in public and open spaces.
