By InBusiness

Camelot Homes announces a unique new Stay & Play experience at The Villas at Seven Desert Mountain™ in North Scottsdale. Potential homebuyers now have the opportunity to stay in one of the award-winning community’s homes, play golf at the championship Seven Desert Mountain golf course and partake in the community’s world-class amenities. The luxury lock-and-leave lifestyle community began selling last year offering 49 residences starting at $1.4 million.

“Buying a new home and choosing a new community to live in is a big decision,” said Trent Hancock, vice president of marketing for Camelot Homes. “We’re excited to offer prospective homebuyers the chance to envision their lives at The Villas at Seven Desert Mountain™ and experience all that the community has to offer before they purchase.”

Camelot Homes is offering both two-night and three-night Stay & Play experiences that include: Golf at the championship par 54 Seven Desert Mountain golf course, lunch and dinner at one of the community’s seven private clubhouses with a Camelot ambassador, luxurious bedding and bath accessories, fully stocked kitchens and entertainment areas, along with private tours of model homes, homesites and community amenities. The two-night package is offered from Tuesday to Thursday and the three-night package is offered Friday through Monday. Guests who decide to purchase a Camelot Home within 30 days of their stay will be reimbursed for the cost at closing.
