Where are metro Phoenix home prices soaring

Home price increases in metro Phoenix took a pause during November after hitting monthly records for the previous six months.

But buyers struggling to find homes they can afford and win bidding wars won’t get too much of a break.

Metro Phoenix’s median home price dipped slightly to $331,000 in November from $332,500 in October, according to the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.
