Commercial development looks to move forward in Chandler

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The City of Chandler is being asked to approve preliminary plat plans for a 33.65-acre commercial development at the southwest corner of Queen Creek Road and Hamilton Street.

Portland-based Harsch Investment Properties (Q3C LLC) wants to develop the Queen Creek Commerce Center in the East Valley.

The property is already zoned for office, industrial and warehouse use. City staff are reviewing plans for two flex buildings on the parcel.

The land for the planned commerce center is currently undeveloped.

The Chandler City Council will consider the preliminary plat plans at its meeting later today (Thursday, Jan. 28).

Harsch also has other real estate developments and investments in the Phoenix and Tucson markets.
