Gilbert approves bungalows development

The Gilbert Town Council has given final plan approvals to the Bungalows on Ray development.

The Bungalows on Ray development is at Ray Road and Santan Village Parkway in the East Valley.

The project sits on 14.5 acres at the northwest corner of the intersection. It will have 159 single-story rental units.  Scottsdale-based Cavan Companies is developing the Gilbert site. Cavan has developed other bungalow style rental communities in the Phoenix market.
