Gilbert to vote again on 55+ apartments

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Gilbert Town Council will vote later today on final plat approval for a 204-unit, age-restricted apartment complex at the northwest corner of Recker Road and Somerton Boulevard.

The Album Cooley Station development is on 12.6 acres and will feature apartments for residents ages 55 and older.

Greystar Development is proposing the multifamily project.

The final plat was approved Jan. 5 but there is now a construction loan on the project which requires a new approval at the council’s Jan. 19 meeting.
