On behalf of SunCap Property Group, leading design-build general contractor Graycor Construction Company has completed the Gilbert Spectrum V office building, and is now underway on the final build-out for the building’s tenant – global aerospace and defense technology company Northrop Grumman.
Located at 1715 W. Elliott Road, the new 120,294-square-foot, two-story Gilbert Spectrum V continues the expansion of Northrop Grumman’s multi-building satellite manufacturing campus in Gilbert, Arizona.
“Northrop Grumman’s expansion is a boon for the Valley and its aerospace industry,” said Todd Ostransky, Graycor Construction Company Vice President of the Southwest Division. “This new building was constructed in close collaboration with the tenant, Town of Gilbert and our project team, allowing us to build the highest quality workplace under a schedule that keeps Northrop Grumman’s growth plan actively moving forward.”
