Huge expansion coming to Wild Horse Pass

The development authority behind Wild Horse Pass has selected Scottsdale-based Sunbelt Holdings Inc. to lead a major 10 million-square-foot expansion.

Located at the southwest corner of Interstate 10 and the new Loop 202 freeway, Wild Horse Pass encompasses 3,300 acres of land owned by the Gila River Indian Community near Chandler.
