Industrial development to be discussed by Mesa planning

A site plan review and special use permit for 10 acres east of Power Road and north of Ray Road for an industrial development are to be discussed at the 3 p.m. study session and 4 p.m. Jan. 27 meeting of the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board.

Karen Ohmann of Phoenix-based Deutsch Architecture Group is the applicant and Phx-Mesa Gateway Airport 193 LLC is the owner.

The applicant is requesting site plan review to allow for the development of an approximate 146,887-square-foot industrial building on the property, Planner Charlotte Bridges said in a memo to the planning board.
