Infill plans filed in Scottsdale

Plans have been filed in Scottsdale for the infill redevelopment of an Old Town property at 7220 East Second Street.

Coolidge-based Masyno Van Buren Co. LLC (Anthony Bibars) owns the building.

Design plans have been filed for the 6,820-square-foot project which sits on 0.3 acres.

LEA Architects LLC has submitted the design plans with the city of Scottsdale. Those plans seek site plans and landscape plan approvals from the city.

The proposal calls for two levels of space with offices and retail shops at the redeveloped property.
