Stacey Sell, who lives in Circle G Ranches, says she has lost the enjoyment of her backyard, where she likes to garden and lounge on her hammock, due to increased noise from newly widened Loop 101. Readings from her yard routinely are in the 73-decibel-plus range. –Wrangler News photo by Joyce Coronel
