New commercial project slated for DC Ranch area in Scottsdale

Plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for a new 19,598 square-foot commercial development at Legacy Boulevard and Pima Road near 91st Street.

C&L Bailey Group Real Estate Advisors is proposing the development on a vacant 2.35-acre parcel in the DC Ranch area.

The project is called 9100 Legacy.

Plans call for two retail buildings and a two-story commercial building on the site.

The retail buildings are slated to total 4,200 and 7,500 square feet respectively. The commercial building will total 7,898 square feet, according to plans filed with the city.
