Stanton earns Paradise Valley vice mayor nomination

Mark Stanton will serve as the Paradise Valley vice mayor for calendar year 2021 after receiving the sole nomination from his peers.

Mr. Stanton, unanimously supported by the other Paradise Valley Town Council members for the role, was recognized for his leadership qualities and personality traits as being primed for the position.

“I sometimes tease him that he is not the loudest council member, but sometimes his quiet wisdom and his thoughtfulness speak the loudest amongst all of them,” Councilwoman Anna Thomasson said about Mr. Stanton.
