Arizona’s Republican attorney general says his U.S. Supreme Court case on the legality of two state voting laws is about defending election integrity, not preventing people from casting ballots.
“Our restrictions on out-of-precinct voting, our restrictions on ballot harvesting are constitutional,” Attorney General Mark Brnovich told KTAR News 92.3 FM’s The Mike Broomhead Show on Friday.
“I’m going to defend them.”
The nation’s highest court is scheduled to hear Brnovich’s case, along with a related case brought by the Arizona Republican Party, on Tuesday.
