Judges for The 2021 National Housing Quality Award® (NHQA), sponsored by Pro Builder magazine, have named Camelot Homes the winner of a Bronze Award for the company’s commitment to the highest level of operational excellence and quality in the housing industry. Camelot was one of only four honorees this year and is the only Arizona-based company to be named to the list.
“We are thrilled to be honored by Pro Builder with this prestigious award,” said Julie Hancock, managing director of Camelot Homes. “NHQA is all about improving processes and making the company better. It was a full team effort and we are proud to be recognized for our continued focus on providing our clients with the best in quality and customer service.”
Camelot earned its NHQA Bronze Award because of the company’s many strengths, including excellence in homebuying experience management, strong employee engagement and the highest quality in customer satisfaction. Homebuyer survey company, Eliant Experience Management, surveyed Camelot Homes buyers at three junctures: move-in, mid-year and after 12 months. According to the survey results, Camelot ranked in the top 10 on the move-in survey during a 24-month time period and ranked No. 1 on the year-end survey 15 times during the same period. Camelot also scored points for its transparency when sharing customer satisfaction data with employees and trade partners and its generous annual employee bonuses.
