Medical offices, new development proposed in Gilbert

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Gilbert Town Council is being asked to allow for a new 11.5-acre business park development on vacant land across from the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.

The land is vacant and located at Val Vista Drive and Mercy Road in the East Valley.

VV Mercy LLC (Diversified Partners) is requesting the zoning and development approvals for the proposed real estate development.

The item is on the council’s March 2 agenda and was approved earlier this month by the Gilbert Planning Commission.

Diversified is looking to develop medical offices, shops and restaurant spaces totaling 205,135 square feet, according to town documents.
