Work began on the long-planned expansion at Royal Oaks, a senior living community in Sun City.
While some demolition and excavation for an underground garage was done prior, an official groundbreaking was conducted Jan. 27 at the construction site on the west end of Royal Oak Road.
“It’s really great that we are finally underway with this project,” said Kendra Eberhart, Royal Oaks’ CEO. “This is going to be a great place to live for those who decide to make this their home.”
