Scottsdale considers plans for ranch, equine center

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Scottsdale City Council is scheduled to vote later today (Tuesday, Feb. 16) on plans for a 5-acre ranch and equine center.

The property is located at 9588 N. 120th Street and is owned by Kevin Flynn, according to city documents.

It is currently vacant and adjacent to some residential subdivisions.

The council is being asked to allow a conditional use permit on the site for a ranch including a 36-stall horse barn, arena and residence.
